Tossed Garden Salad of Freshly Mixed Greens garnished with Tomato wedges with a Fresh Dressing

Special Marinated Ranch Steak and boiled Pacific white Fish Filet accompanied by Steamed White Rice and Vegetable du jour

Dessert features Vanilla Ice Cream topped with Chocolate Sauce

Dinner accompanied by a Portuguese Sweet Roll. Coffee and Tea are served.
